Bespoke Property Wealth is a firm run by several property investors and entrepreneurs. Each person running the business has vast experience in property investments and started their multimillion portfolios from scratch. Our property experience covers every aspect of property business - legals, finance, development, sales, sourcing.
Bespoke Property Wealth was started to help landlords to sell their properties whilst retaining rental income for a fixed period of time with the Rent-To-Own mechanism.
It is a unique concept where the buyer signs the contract and pays the deposit upfront while paying the rent until the end of the term. The financial terms are excellent for the landlord, where most often, the sale price received exceeds the market value of the property

Portfolio of BPW LTD Director's growth to over 40 units mainly single lets and several HMOs across North West of England.2015
Financial Brokers have reached over 5000 declined mortgage cases due to clients circumstances - mainly lack credit score in the UK and immigration status.2015
